DHL has the cheapest rates iirc. cover the fronts with cardboard, and then tape them up nice with some packing tape. thats how i got mine, and they were in great shape when they arrived.

Yep. I think I went with FedEX but that was because I had a shipping place ship them. I did what Steve said: cover the face with cardboard, add the address/return address and tape them up with postal tape. Takes a little effort, but it's not as bad as I thought it would be.
