Heads, intake, and supercharger would be 1300 obo. I would recommend picking these things up rather than having them shipped. It would probably cost less in gas to pick them up in Milwaukee than have them shipped to you. Heads weigh a lot and so does the blower.
If you guys are getting caught up on the DBW, all you have to do is get a GTP wiring harness. I was going to use that. You dont have to worry about splicing any wires or anything for the MAP, BBV selonoid, and injectors. It would all be plug and play.
Other than DBW which wouldn't be a problem for me did you look into any other clearance (other than cowl and firewall of course) issues like say:
coils or the brake master cylinder, abs module...??
