headers flanges

anyone interested?? workin nights and schools out i need something to do... so f anyone needs header flanges for a 3800 series II i'll make you some.. i'm making some for myself to do headers...

they wont be CNC cut... but they will be nice

any interest? i know some companys charge $50 set.

i'm thinkin $20/set is a fair price...



if i get 5 "im in" i'll start on them.. no money up front..

rough cut on a table top band saw. plasma cut and smoothed out on a bench top wire wheel (and a hand file). and drill press for the holes...

i'm waiting on my steel supplier to get back with me... i should be able to start on them monday most likely.

steel was ordered friday so i should be getting it any day now...

i'm going to make 4 sets to start with. and see how it goes.

i gotta see what i can make a template out of...

the 3.8L i already had one...

you got an extra 3.4 exhaust manifold gasket layin around? i can use that as a template...

ummm...yeah I think I do have an original gasket laying around since I replaced them. I can send you one if you send it back to me with the flanges. If that works for you PM me your address.
