Its driveable, but I personally wouldnt recommend it, would you run a race with a sprained toe?
Update:
I ran the car until it was warm and it started missing, I dropped it into neutral and slowly raised RPMs and it would miss as it climbed. I disconnected the Mass Air Flow sensor and let it idle, no misses at idle, I put it in neutral and slowly raised RPM's, no misses while climbing up to 4000RPM. I didnt want to rev any higher than that without a load on the engine. It looks like the MAF is the culprit, I will get a couple of MAFs from the junkyard tomorrow and see what happens.
