I bought a fully assembled MS I v2.2 a few months back with the intention of swapping heads on my 3.4l. I don't have a different car to use as a DD now though so it will be a while until I can finish the project. So, hopefully my loss can be someone else's gain. I do not have the wiring harness or serial cable, so I am only asking $180+plus shipping. I paid $200 for it on ebay, and they retail is $240. For a little extra I can probably solder the jumper cables required for spark control, so let me know if you are interested.
