Is it any good?

I bought Fallout 3 for my 360 a few days ago, played it for about 2 1/2 hours...then returned it. I like more action in games and Fallout was just boring to me. Maybe I just didn't give it enough time. Anyhow, I traded Fallout in for Gears of War 2.

ive never played fallout, but fable is real fun. the world is so interactive with so many different things you can do in the game
