When I bought my car last year the headunit's LCD screen never turned on, I've been looking to get it replaced. It's not a big deal to have it replaced but I would be willing to offer $65 shipped to 77530. I'm not sure if that's too low since the only thing not working on my unit is the LCD.

Right everything on my monsoon system works except the little lcd screen, the light went out so I don't know what time it is or what station, track number, or volume level I'm at.

Like I said it's not a big deal, just a little ascetic look I'm trying to fix. I would not need the amp, I would only be interested in the head unit assuming that everything is functional: CD, Radio, volume, LCD screen. Let me know, I'm also trying to buy something on another thread so if that sale goes through I might have to delay this purchase a couple of weeks. Assuming you accept my offer, lemme know look forward to hearing from you.

I should of asked earlier but are the Monsoon head units for the Camero and Firebird the same?

Most parts are but I want to make sure before I buy it and later find out they aren't compatible.

Did a quick ebay search just to see the Camaro monsoon head unit and saw this:


My firebird monsoon unit looks like this:


Although the plugs in the back might be the same, the camaro's LCD is blue while the firebird's is red. If the one you are selling is blue like the first picture it will look off when I install it in my car since all the lights inside my firebird are red.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, if the head unit you are selling is just like the one pictured in the second pic I'll take it. If not again sorry for the inconvenience and feel free to pass it to the next available poster. Want to make sure I buy the right head unit.
