Only if you have returned your tune to stock, otherwise it is useless to anyone else.

so, once it's been used, it's useless to anyone else?!

i'm hoping there are directions on how to reset it.

The only way to reset it is to remove the tune from the car it was used on and put that car back to stock. It is useless unless the guy selling it has done that.

Hypertech will not help you with one that has been used on another car.

Yes, the car was returned to stock tune.
