Well I can put a different name on the box. They will drop it off on your doorstep. Open it carefully, put your lights in, lil bit o' tape, take it too the post office and say, "This was on my porch, No one here with that name". hahaha.

When you receive the box, write RETURN TO SENDER/WRONG ADDRESS. When you go to the post office ask if they will send it or put in some kind of lost and found. Tell them you would like to make sure the owner gets thier item back.
