Good luck. From what I understand, the piece is no longer being made and when you can find them they are $250 up. Hopefully someone will mold one and start selling replacements (some that don't crack would be nice). GM parts direct used to have them. Might try there.

I just wrapped mine with vinyl. I mended the cracks by melting it with a soldering iron using a wide spade tip. Reinforce the back (I'd use fiberglass tape and a PMMA based "Plastic Welder" product, regular epoxy doesn't seem to stick for long). Wrap it with some leather textured vinyl and adhere it with some type of spray adhesive. Last, cut out where the vent is in and "x" pattern and tuck inbetween the louvers.

About $5 to $50 project depending on type of vinyl and what types of adhesive you have laying around and how much the vinyl is (I paid $5 for enough to do two dashes).

Do you mean the upper dash panel, the plastic part of the dash? You could check around in a junk yard but they would prob. crack while taking them out because they have to bent to come out. I found on on the web site, http://www.hawksthirdgenparts.com/ Look under f-body parts they have alot of odd parts for our cars but like landj said its like 300 buck for one, i had to give in and get one
