Reason: Changing it up here.
What year is your car? And where did you find all that for $300 with shipping? That is a good price for everything you have listed....
I have a clutch pedal assembly from a 93 with all the switches, clutch master with resevoir and line to the slave and a 93-96 camaro 5 spd
insert that is super nice. I think I have an extra shifter also. A T56 shifter will NOT work.
The 93 pedals will also work in 99+ cars, you can just cut the gas pedal off them, or I can if your interested in them. Send me a PM with your zip if your interested and I'll get you a shipped price.
Oh sorry to include, my firebird is a year 2000.
thanks for the info on the T56 shifter. Removed the T56 shifter option from the first post.
What I am looking for is the whole mess above for about 150-200.
It's around 300 brand new from GM Direct for all the parts listed not including the shifter.
I still have to get the flywheel and clutch kit and for what I want it's not going to be cheap either lol.
Good luck, the only place I know of that still had new GM pedals was hawks third gen and they wanted over $300 for just the pedals. Even though you can pull that stuff up on GMPD, they probably cant get most of it because GM themselves doesnt keep it anymore. Used is about the only way your going to find it. I spent over a year getting everything together for my swap and thats why I have a few extra parts. I grabbed the hard to find stuff when I saw it...
The pedal sets run anywhere from $75 to $150 on ebay themselves. My console insert wont work for you but my pedals and master will. I have a for sale thread here and I'm asking $60 for the pedals and $50 for the master. If your interested LMK and I will check on shipping. I doubt you will find a better price that that. The pedals will come with all switches and the clips and bolts/nuts needed to install. The master comes with the resivor and the almost impossible to find braided line to the slave and the ubolt to install it.
Thanks,
Paul
Edit I have done everything as cheap as possilbe on my swap and have right at $1400 in it. I'm using a stock replacement flywheel from autozone and an AC delco clutch kit. Most everything else is used. Your probably going to spend over $100 on a good console or manual insert too...
