I'm looking to replace the noisy rear axle/diff on my son's 98 V6 5-speed. The 3.23's came almost exclusively in the V6 5-speeds, GM option code GU5. (the autos had 3.08)
I'd prefer to pick it up within about 100 miles of Dallas, TX
