Want #1 looks like this. It's for the driver's side door and accommodates the knob for manually adjusting the mirror (for cars without power mirrors). Ebay charges and arm and a leg for one but they break easily :rant:
Want #2 is a few of those little rubber nubs that cushion the edge of the center console lid when you close it. They're about 1/4" long and have a pointy end that just press-fits into the console bottom. I found ONE at a junkyard and it popped right out of a busted console so I don't think GM ever actually glued them in place.
