As half of you know by now, I'm swapping a '97 3.8L M5 into my '94 3.4L A4. I need the exhaust manifolds and y pipe to fit the 3.8L....if anyone can help me out that'd be cool. Thanks.

Yo, $50+shipping is cool, as far as I know they are in great shape, I will check em over once more tomorrow when I go to the shop, assuming they are in good shape, I will let you know. I will prob just send them to you in the old box my Pacesetters came in if he still has it. I will get back to ya soon on this.1997 Pontiac Firebird 3.9L

- TSP Dyno Tuned
- Bored 0.040
- ARP Rod Bolts / Head Studs
- Custom CAI
- Pacesetter Ceramic Headers / !Cat
- 3\" Catback w/SLP Firehawk Muffler
http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/649312

Yo, got em at my place right now. I don't see any cracks or damages to the piping and it worked fine when it came off so they should definately be reusable. They barely fit in my Pacesetter box so I'm gonna have to squeeze them in tight. Rough estimate for shipping to 11590 from here is $25, assuming the box weighs 35-40 pounds. I can weigh it tomorrow at my friend's apt on his scale if you want to try and get a closer estimate of the actual price but there is no way to pin down the exact price without driving to the UPS place and having them weigh and scan it which I dont have time to do tomorrow or the next day, or you can send me a postal money order for $80 to make sure it covers the cost of shipping and I will send the difference back in the box with the manifolds and y-pipe and the shipping receipt with the price. Sound good?1997 Pontiac Firebird 3.9L

- TSP Dyno Tuned
- Bored 0.040
- ARP Rod Bolts / Head Studs
- Custom CAI
- Pacesetter Ceramic Headers / !Cat
- 3\" Catback w/SLP Firehawk Muffler
http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/649312

Uhm, well, i noticed that you had these posted in the for sale section for like $15 for the manifolds alone. Its not that that bothers me, I'd love to help a fellow v6er out but an $80 total? I may as well get a set of pace setters then. It really isn't worth my money to buy stock stuff for half the price of the aftermarket stuff. I'm really sorry man, it just wouldn't be a smart purchase. Thanks.1994 Camaro: Firebird Interior, 3.4L to 3800 converted, OBD2 converted, A4 to M5 converted...In the turbo retirement home...

1994 Mustang GT: 347 Forged Stroker, Port Matched Edelbrock Heads and Intakes, Tremec 3550 T-5, Spec Stage 2

The $80 total is because the y-pipe makes the shipping expensive due to the box size. If you want me to chop the y-pipe up I could do that but I didnt think you would want that, and you offered me $50 plus shipping, I didnt ask for that much. If you want, since I listed the manifolds for $15, I will sell them for $15 plus $15 more for the y-pipe and add in shipping, aka $60 total shipped. Pacesetters will run you $215 plus shipping for the uncoated ones most places so you cannot get them cheaper and 1/3 of the price for stockers is a good deal. Let me know if you're interested.1997 Pontiac Firebird 3.9L

- TSP Dyno Tuned
- Bored 0.040
- ARP Rod Bolts / Head Studs
- Custom CAI
- Pacesetter Ceramic Headers / !Cat
- 3\" Catback w/SLP Firehawk Muffler
http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/649312

hey dude, i really didn't mean to upset you. I know I said $50 dollars and I know that the shipping is because of the y-pipe. Really, I wasn't saying you were trying to get over on me or anything of the sort. Please believe me when I say that. I just think it would be a smarter purchase to get the pacesetters now rather than wait. I'm very sorry, please don't be mad. Take care.
