Wanted to buy: RKSport's Powerdyne Supercharger kit

Turbo kit not requiring A/C removal.
Hoping to spend in the $2xxx range. In the 3k range might as well buy new. ;) Kit must be complete and have no problems. Compressor must spin freely. Prefer to not remove A/C, especially since the car is a hardtop and a daily driver.
Was in process of purchasing the Powerdyne kit but the transaction fell through, and would like to go the way of forced induction on this car and get some real power coming out of it without using juice. Would like a Powerdyne kit but all supercharger/turbocharger complete kits will be considered if they fit the critera.
The kit would be for my uncle's 97 Firebird 3.8 automatic.
