WTB: SHIFT KNOB

I have a '97 Firebird. I dont need the whole thing, I'm actaully looking for the little plastic piece on the side of the shifter that you press in to change gears. Dealer only sells the whole top unit for $132.00.

how do you take the button out? did you break yours?

I have 2 whole assemblies, one plastic, one leather. make an offer on the whole shift knob.

I saw on Ebay a leather Firebird Shifter for $8.00. Its probably about 4-5 for shipping.

I'd like to see pics first of the assembly before I offer.

I really only need the plastic button, its somehow glued or something inside and it fell out and I can not find it.

if you can pick up the leather shift knob for $8.00, then go that route.... thats less than what I paid for the one sitting here.
