I don't know how creative you are, but you can buy a thin piece of DELRIN that is 7.5" round and make a spacer yourself. Just remove the TB and trace it onto the Delrin and cut with a hacksaw or bandsaw. Measure or trace the other cutouts and bore with a Dremel.

that will be big enough for a spacer? Also that is pretty thin at .313" thick, usually they are .5-.75" thick

Yeah, it's kinda thin, but I had a problem with the 1/2" spacer when I had it installed. I basically had to modify the Throttle Cable Bracket to accomodate for the length of the spacer. I figured a thin piece would do okay as long as there is a barrier between the TB and the intake. It probably wouldn't be as good as a thicker spacer, but it's better than nothing. Delrin comes in a variety of thickness's though, just check ebay.

did the tb spacer from zzp block the coolent flow into the TB? Also did you just use the one gasket that came with it and put RTV on the other side of the spacer?

when i got ours it also only came with 1 gasket in lieu of what was advertised. called them and they sent out another gasket.
yes it blocked off the coolant flow to the tb.

u can put your hand on the upper intake and its HOT put your hand on the tb, barely warm..

I heard that blocking the coolent to the TB was not advised in cold weather. Should this be somthing to worry about? Or does it have to be really cold (-10 and below) for this to become a problem?

well i didnt have any prob here in dfw area. this past winter got down to 0*.
but i didnt run straight water either...50/50 on the coolant worked for me..
i have heard that 2000+ (drive by wire) do not like a thermo any colder than 180...i was planning on a 160 but change that up to 180...havent had a lick of probs.
just remember to reprogram your fan settings if you install a colder thermostat.

                        good luck
                        peace

Alright sounds good I am going to get the TB spacer from ZZP then with two gaskets. Figured I might as well get a spacer since i was going to take the TB off and clean it.
I had a weird problem that i figured the trottle was stuck in that when i let off the break the enigin would go up to 35 mph by itself and when i turned the car off the rpms shot way up. Anything else you think would cause this? Or just a cleaning of the TB would fix it?
