    Cost is about $3.00 (plus s/h) from here: http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/results.cfm

    I have a brand new one that's in my garage, but I don't know exactly where it is. If I find it, I'll send it to you asap. You may get it quicker if you order it through GM though.

    Walked out there and found it within 30 seconds. Email your addy to me and I'll get it ready for you. It's brand spanking new, still sealed in the original GM packaging.
