Stock 98 Lid

OK, while ago I posted about converting my 97 to the 98 lid style intake. At that time, I was just experimenting with the idea, but now I think I'm going to attempt it. So, I'm looking for a stock air lid from a 98 car (FB or Camaro) and coupler. Must be 98 though (inlet is offset due to anlged TB's). So, anyone got one?

I have the 98 lid ( its been shaved ) and I have the hose/silencer to go with it.

I am going to ship a package tomorrow... but I'm not sure on how much it would cost to ship the lid to you. I will get back to you when I find out. In the mean time if you can get it from the other josh then by all means go ahead. I'll let you know pretty soon.

depending on the shipping charges... if I can get a box that can be shipped for about 10 bux.... I guess I could send you the lid with a few couplings that I had on it before. There is a black pvc pipe, rubber coupling, metal clamps, plastic bending hose, lid, and stock coupling. I will throw in the silencer if you want it, but I will have to get a bigger box. So with everthing minus the silencer I will ship it for 35 dollars and for everything with the silencer I will ship it for 40 dollars.

Well, I'm watching one on eBay, buy-it-now for $12, and then $13 for shipping. So, I'm probably going to get that one, unless you can do better. Sorry man

you sure its for a 98 and not a 99+ or trans am. The v6 is different from the v8. The v8's are a dime a dozen... I might be able to do 35 but once again the shipping is gonna get me.
