Im looking for all that is needed for the 3400 swap
Heads
Upper& lower intake pleneum
Throttle Body
Injectors/Fuel Rail
Pistons
If any one knows where to find these at a decent price let me know,
Im actually wondering if it would be best to just go buy a used 3400 motor from a junkyard.
Also if anyone has an idea on the prices on these I would greatly appreciate it.
do you mean the 3100 swap.... camaro v6 come in 3.4 or 3.8....and you dont want to go 3.8 to 3.4...thants why i ask....best bet is to hit the junk yard or find a car totalled that has the engine you want....totalled cars complete believe it or not sometimes sell for less than when they are stripped apart.
I've got everything you need for the 3400 swap except the pistons. I was going to do this swap on my 3.4 but I just don't have the time right now. I'll sell you everything for $100 plus whatever shipping would be. I'm in Knoxville, TN so shipping shouldn't be too bad. What's your zip, I'll try to estimate shipping. I can get you some pics if you'd like.
EDIT: Shipping should be around $75 to 45331. I'd have to put it in two boxes so it wouldn't be too heavy.
