not really sure if this helps you or not but i got a 4l60e out of 2001 3.8 67000 miles on it i pulled it out to convert to a maual and a ls1 so i have no need for it. i bought the car new so i put all the miles on it.

i didnt think it would i knew the bellhousing was off but wasnt sure about the input shaft
