96-97 TB Throttle Cables Bracket, TB Gasket and Mani Brake Booster Connector

I need a bracket that holds the throttle and cruise cables in place. I also need the break booster hookup on the manifold. I also need a gasket for the TB (although I should probably just get it in the store...)

also, what goes above the thermostat on the manifold (1 bolt thing)?
