Need Rear Hatch Panel

I need the passenger side hatch panel (in grey) that covers the spare tire area. Mine doesnt have the speaker intergated into it. I would also like that have the 3 small clips that hold it in. Please include price plus shipping to 35769. thanks in advance, forrest

man that price seems a little steep, ive had a couple w/ the speaker grill in it quoted for like 25-35 shipped. dont think i can come off 55 for one. thanks though.
