Factory head unit, monsoon, non monsoon... dont care

i would like to put a 97 or newer head unit in my bird. any one know if the pigtails are the same? the mpdels like on the ss camaros and the like. and did they make a pontiac version that lit up red? i heard they did and would like to get one. any help would be fantastic!

i have a monsoon am/fm/cassette and factory monsoon amp too

I also have a monsoon headunit from an 00 Firebird for $75, or I could sell the amp/speakers/whatever else package if you're interested.

I also have a monsoon CD player headunit from an 02 firebird, but get it from NCState if you can, since he offered first. I'm just giving another option. And yeah the firebird models light up in red and take a stock wiring harness. if you need it i can have a picture tommorrow...
