Whisper lid or cold air intake for a 99 v6 firebird

I have a '99 Firebird (3.8L v6). I'm needing two things:

1) A cold air intake (preferably SLP or K&N)

2) An aftermarket airbox lid (preferably SLP or Whisper)

Been three weeks, and iZZZ! hasn't answered my last few PM's, so I believe I'm still in the market for a whisper/SLP lid.

How well does it perform? And won't that mean that the K&N air filter I have right now will be useless? Also, that takes out the standard air box, right?

yeah it takes out the airbox, but Im sure you could put that up for sale and someone'd get the filter and the box

I loved it when my exhaust was quiet. You hear it whistling all the time. It was a very nice sound to hear when WOT!!
