Need cables pulled, jacks wired, punch down blocks, rj45 termination, Electric cable pulled and wired to jacks, switches, lights etc. BIG task honestly and I'd compensate you for the help ;)

Going to be costly, depending on the size of the building. Best thing I can say for now is buy the material in Chilicough, and send me a plan on the space. I wouldn't charge $25 an hour for you.

Chief...we live in major metropolitan area's, where houses typically go for $300k or more for a ****ty ranch w/o a basement or garage. Gas is still over $2.65 here in the cheap stations, and taxes are high. If you aren't making $20+ an hour around here, you're in a world of hurt.
I make over $20+ an hour, but I barely make enough to cover my $1200 rent, bills, insurance, medical, meds, food, gas (70 miles a day, all stop and go, thru 63 lights). And thats if Im working, which I have really only worked 5 full months this whole year.

that is why i live in the burbs. my house was 265k. our mort. is 2257 a month, after all our bills, food shoping and gas, so on and so forth we spend about 5k a month. here a pic of our house. fully updated. all the bells and whisles. if you put this house in philly, you would spend over half a mill for it, easly
Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
