I figured my first post should be to say hello and since no introductions forum was found the lounge forum seems to suffice. I have a beat up 1996 3.8. Its raggedy but when its running correctly it makes me happy haha. Anyhow Hello to all.
Thanks for the welcome. I will take pics tomorrow as it is getting dark out now. My plans would be to get my C'maro running correct and then maybe some upgrades. However right now i cant look past the oil pressure problem. I have a feeling its going to be expensive...

what going on with it? im sure someone on here can help
I already posted in general tech. First off its leaking coolant somewhere and when the level drops it overheats. The larger problem is that the oil pressure drops after the car heats up. about 10-15 psi at 1000 rpms. and after the oil is nice and hot it drops low enough to turn on the check gauge lamp.
I am just waiting for someone to say to put some trans x in the engine oil...
