Well since were talking about bread I would like to talk about Rye bread. You know whenever I go to an Outback steakhouse thats the little loaf of bread they give you with the little cup of butter, that stuff is the sh!t!!. I could almost make a meal off that in itself! I like white bread the most though like bib, however I can eat wheat bread if thats all there is in the house at the time but wheat bread makes a terrible grilled cheese sandwich. Wheat doesnt brown very well and doesnt have the correct texture needed to make a grilled cheese very well. White bread on ther other hand with its smoother softer texture browns very well and helps to transfer the most heat to the cheese in order to melt it producing an excellent sandwich.. Ok thank you that is all.
