They're honestly making this out to be something that it is not, like a political force or something. Its just a bunch of kids that are bored. Yes, what they are doing is wrong. No, they don't require counseling for it. Suspend them, slap them on the wrists, whatever... but if they're going to make this out to be something systemic, they're delusional.
