Got to place the order for my parts soon (lsd, gears, install kit). Jegs and Summit have the same prices, and just a dollar or two difference in handling fees.
Also use both, no real preference. If they both have it in stock, and price is the same I'll usually go with Summit, but only because it seems like they have a little better selection of the kind of stuff I shop for, and it usually gets to me within a couple of days. Both are excellent companies to deal with though.
Quick update; found out that Summit has a 10% off coupon code, so I called Jegs and canceled the order. Will place it again with Summit because 10% of a big order is a good chunk of change.
One more question about Summit: Anyone ever hear or experience problems with the Summit brand ring and pinion gear sets? They are back ordered on the Richmond gears, and I thought I would buy Summit as long as there are no complaints.
I've never ordered anything from Jegs. I just like Summit's website more. That and Summit's been quite generous with all my orders. I've gotten free shipping on two of my orders, 10% off another, and then they sent me two resonators for the price of one last Christmas.

I just ordered from Summit. The 10% saved me $54, which is a good amount, even by today's standards.
Got the Eaton TrueTrac LSD, 3.73 gears, and an install kit.
Now I just have to pick up a spare PCM from the salvage yard to run my car on while I send out the original for a tune, mostly for the gears, but a few other changes will be icing on the cake.
Glad I decided to buy a new TrueTrac, just didn't get a good feeling about the ones I found used.
I definitely prefer Summit. Their main location is actually 20 minutes away from my school, have yet to actually go in though. I have ordered a thing or two from Jegs without real issues, but I just don't like them.
Someone on another forum I post on has been having a big problem with Jegs.
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
