I'd like to buy this car and fix it up to maybe have as a gift car or to sell it for a profit. What do you think? It's the 3.4L with 120k on the clock.
Yeah, just an idea. Went to go look at blue book, and an "excellent" condition is worth wee bit over 2k.
If anything, probably just fix it up for one of my brothers to have.
haha, yeah right...100K+ miles, 14 year old V6 car? Give me a break
I bought my car 3 years ago with 150 K (Km's) for 5,500...and I got a good deal....there are/were some selling for 8-9g's with similar milage/condition.
But here I'll pull up a couple links for ya just to prove a point...
Since there isn't any 3.4's really up for sale at the moment, I can't really prove that aspect of things...but I'll throw a few out there anyways...
^^ And just for sh*ts and giggles, the most expensive one in ontario right now (between 93-02) 2002 CHEVROLET CAMARO $32,500.00 but it only has 11,000 K
everything just costs more over here....even new cars man...40g BMW for you guys is about 65G's for us over here...thats why Im going to the States to buy my next car, whenever I decide I need another...
there was a 3.4 on there with 82k going for 9 grand....but the thing is, is people wont travel to texas to get the car...if you were closer to the border, I would say go for it and flip it over here...you would definetly make money...
thats why I said what I said above your post...hes not likely to...but I said if he ever moves close to the border, or if someone close to the border wants to do this, I gurantee they would make some money... I can't help that he lives in texas...I'm sayin what cars sell for here...maybe he has a relative near the border who can deal it for him... all that matters is a 14+ year old v6 car with 100K + sells for twice the money over here... :P
And you know F-bodies are not going down anymore in my area. They are actually going up both V6 and V8.
same here...I dont think they are really gunna drop in price any more then what they are at in there respective areas to be honest...I mean, unless the condition of the car changes, like you totally neglect it...if its in good condition still 5-6 years from now, I think it will more or less sell for the same...
Still trying to find oil leak on my Camaro, it’s a tough one. I think it is the oil pressure sender myself. Leaking when raving and going into boost....
