I'm stronly considering changing programs...I'm in a health and safety program in university right now, and I am far from enjoying it. I've been involved in sports all my life, and would love to have a career that revolves around them in the future.
I have recently found a program in college that looks appealing for me..."sports mangement"

^ thats an outline of the course/info, etc... you get interships with amateur and PRO sport organizations.
you guys think that there is a future in this kinda program? I know networking would be huge for something like this...I am close friends with a couple of guys that are pro athletes, and know a few more that are up and coming, that I expect to make it big as well... I think something like that can help me as well. I just don't want to do this and be stuck not being able to pay the bills later...I'm a very competitive person by nature, sports to me isn't as much of a job, as it is an escape. I find when I am involved in them (either through coaching, playing, training) nothing else matters to me, its like life gets put on hold until I am done. Any issue I have is not even thought about until I leave...
what do you guys think? is there a probably future? anyone taking this kinda course?
all opinions are welcome, good or bad...just want something to chew on...
