2009 was pretty life changing for me.
Figured out what I wanted to do with my life (photographer)
Went to photo school in California had the time of my life
Blew my motor in my car, so now its supercharged instead of cammed
ummm so many more things
Bad: lost a wheel on the Camaro on my way to work, got rearended in the Camaro nothing too bad,
Good: Got Associats Degree from Community College, Moved to San Marcos for first semester at Texas State that went great, Got the Camaro painted, did some engine work on the car
Overall it was a great year. There where of course some downs but the good times more then make up for it. Hope everyone has a great 2010.
2009 was f'ing awesome year! I can't say in words how good it was.
Now, 2010 is a whole different story. I have had more anger and frustation in last two days that I had the WHOLE 2009! Tried to move my forum to a new server. Things got complicated. Forum got significantly slow to a point it's not accessible (12,000 members are no joke you know), trying to solve problem now, and going to plan B now which costs me a lot of money /month. Great freakin' year 2010
got pregnant
had my son
entire family is health
aunt finally moved back to pa from tn.
my boss got fired,
the other one got de-moted
got to dunk both of those a$$holes in a dunk tank
my gosh the list goes on and on
Overall it was a good year. Lost my mother in law (I know most guys would be happy) but she was ok. My wife took it hard they were really close.
But I did get my car in the 12's
Something with the trans or torque converter, but the guy working on it won't look at it because he needs to drive it, and the plates are expired. I haven't had the time to sit at the Indiana BMV to get new plates for it, but once I do, he says he can start looking at it again. I would much rather have that car right now than the Firebird, its better in the snow, more room, a working radio, and tint on the windows.
Not working sucks.
1995 Pontiac Firebird
2008 Chevrolet Silverado LT Crew Cab 4x4
2009 was good and bad. I got my Firebird this year! But I don't get to have any of the promised mods my parents said I could have... I got my license! But now I have to pay my own gas and insurance. I finished my Junior year of High school! only to come into my Senior year which is the most boring *** year of school I've had since 9th grade... Put a new stereo and adapter for my steering wheel controls in my car! Only to have some lady hit my fender/bumper minutes later on the test ride... it was her fault! but my lack of driving experience and firebird versus hers and her malibus made me lose... Screw 2009, please be better 2010. plan on finishing high school, having a ton of fun this summer, move to an LS1 this year, and hopefully find a job.
