my buddy is finally getting the itch to work on his ls1 gto. while i've been working on the BallerMaro and my ls1 he wanted me to help him out on his too --- so far i got him a deal on tinted windows, and just did his "berger" panel and niteshaded tails myself. what do you guys think?
I did that to mine a while back, but didn't like it.
I repainted the trunk piece, replaced the tinted 'tails, and painted the letters on the back:
I also repainted the lower GTO panel in Silver and airbrushed around the letters.
Yours looks better than hockeyman's did. His looks sort of Buick Regal to me. Since you went all the way down the trunk and left the turn signals and reverse lights untinted, I think it looks nice! This isn't f-body specific though, so it belongs in the lounge. Let's see if I can move this from my blackberry...
they stopped selling for a few reasons the last 06's didnt sell until 08' plus the monaro it was based on was due to be discontinued in 06 so there wasnt anything to build another generation anyways.
