Hockey sucks, HARD. If Hockey made nearly as much money as NCAA basketball, or the NBA, they might actually have a decent dental plan for said players. But the NHL sucks balls.

who cares how much money they make...NHL players make more then enough to be set for life... basketball players have to be the softest, p*ssiest players along with soccer players (and I do watch soccer during the world cup)...but I can't stand guys who get slapped on the wrist, or kicked in the shin and lie on the ground as if they just got shot/stabbed...lie there rolling around and whine about it...can't play a game because they sprained a thumb.

Hockey/football/rugby players have the toughest guys out there playing sports...these guys play with broken limbs and don't whine about it. You know what happens to guys that are little b*tches on the ice? they get rocked there next shift so hard they don't know what city they're in, or they get dummied in a fight...either way they skate around with a big bullseye on the back of their sweaters.

Its one of the few sports out there that is a true team sport...guys are a unit, they work together and play together the way team sports are meant to be played...not selfishly like basketball...

doesnt take a whole lot to be good at basketball...you need to be tall and be able to shoot...takes a hell of a lot more skill to play hockey

and you live in chicago...I dont know how you cant enjoy watching hockey...you guys have one of the best damn teams in the league...one of my favorite right now...I actually think the hawks will win the cup this year...

I love hockey... second only to football... I'm a Pens fan and would love to see the Hawks face the Pens for the Cup. Mainly because it'd be fun to watch the Pens hand Hossa another defeat...

I did love watching Brady suck it up along with the entire Pats team... Go Jets and as much as it pains me to say it... go Baltimore... I'm still pissed at Indy for sitting their starters...

as for the NFC... as long as the Cowboys lose somewhere along the way, I'll probably end up rooting for any of the other three if they make it to the Superbowl...
