We almost had a baby, I was really excited but my wife miscarraged at 10 weeks almost 2 years ago, but I guess somethings aren't meant to happen.

That happened to my brother's first. They tried again though and they have 3 kids now, so you never know.

My wife and I wanted one too. Funny thing is she couldn't get pregnant.

It was a blessing for her really. Because her cardiologist said that if she were to have gotten pregnant it would have killed her and the baby.

Her doctor ended up burning her uterus because of uncontrollable bleeding. It's somehow related to her heart. Now she can never get pregnant.

But hey, if this is God's plan then so be it. We do plan on adopting after her surgery and when she is well enough.

it's amazing how fast your outlook on pregnancy, babies and families will change. a little over a year ago if someone said to me "oh we lost our baby at 10 weeks" i would have said i'm sorry and not think anything else of it.

now if you tell me that my heart breaks a million times over. i can't fathom going threw anythign like that or losing my son.

i can't watch the news these days with everything going on in hati. seeing dead children and their parents freaking out when they see them, or fathers digging graves for their children. i cry every freaking time now.

oh a high note, when i was off my 3 months on mat. leave i watched "a baby story" or all those baby shows on tlc and discov. chan...and cried like a f'ing baby everytime the baby arrived lol

i'm a mess now.
