when i went thru basic, which was a few years back, guys that came in with their hair buzzed caught all kinds of hell. I'm sure things have changed now days though. enjoy basic and ait. years down the road when you look back on your time in, those will be some of the best memories of being in the service.
guys it was brutal, they beat me and threw me around...NOT! physically it was not that bad, but dealing with the bs was another story. all in all a good experience. im about 10 pounds heavier, and hell of alot more diciplined (sp) from it all.
I am in georgia for my ait, im a 25s, yeah the baddest of the signal corps. im a sattelite systems opperator maintainer. i havent started classes yet, and apparently it will be like three months till i get to start.
