I hate my new neighbor!!!!

It was 40* today and when I got home tonight the first thing I smelled was marijuana. My whole apartment smelled like it. It made me nauseated.

I turned off the heater because it was coming from that. I went to the bedroom and found my wife fast asleep with the oxygen on. I woke her up and asked her if she smells pot. She took off her mask and said, "YES!!!"

Since my previous neighbor was murdered and this old man who's from Armenia moved in I knew he has been smoking pot. I know it's medical marijuana, because the old man doesn't too healthy, but he usually smokes it outside. That's why I leave my windows close. But I have no idea he smokes it inside his apartment too. He's been good so far smoking it outside and I don't mind, but lately for the past couple of weeks my bathroom started to smell like pot.

Not only that, but he parks his Camry too close to my Firebird. I have to do calisthetics every time I wanna go inside my car. I tried parking close to the wall as much as possible so I could have more room, but this guy keeps his parking close to my bird no matter what and he has a huge gap on the opposite side.

I miss my previous neighbor. He was so respectful to me and he never made any noises. He drives an 08 Mustang GT and he and I like the idea of parking next to each other because we both respect each other's car. Plus, we have the coolest cars in the hood.

I wish he was never murdered.

give him the business. i dont screw with neighbors who cant respect the people living around them. one side we have good neighbors, never an issue, the other side..... yeah, they effin hate me becuase i dont put up with their partying and all the other bull**** they do. it helps the wife's aunt is the city PD dispact and good friends with just about all the cops ;)

Enjoy the weed, since I take it you don't have a script inhale what you can and relax, contact high is always fun. As for the car, I have a simple way of getting the point across. A perfect example is where I work I try to park on end spots all the time but someone always gets inventive and creates a spot where there isn't one and leaves me no room to get in. I simply tell security to have them move their car or instruct them that there will be a red line and dent along their passenger side. In your case just skip to the line and dent, 1st time will get it done. Words only go so far sometimes you need to demonstrate why we need that extra room to park.

yeah, i know what you mean, i hate getting new neighbors, but it is going to happen to me soon, my current neighbors are moving out and some old guy is going to be moving in, from what i saw, he is going to be a horrible, horrible neighbor

he was taking pictures of his new house, and he kept driving around the street parking in different places taking pictures, and he was blocking my other neighbors driveway, they were trying to pull in, but their garbage bins were in the way, and he wouldnt move his car, and gave them dirty looks like "what do you think you are doing?? cant you see my car is there?"

anyways, is there smoking allowed inside the rooms? if not, i would complain

and thats how **** escalates...his neighbour has a camry thor has a beautiful bird...Im sure his neighbour will figure out its him...then he has the same thing done to his bird...and that will hurt him more then it does his neighbour...

If he won't back off, I would park on a bit of an angle across your spot...stay within your lines...or do what I had to do when parking at a friends condo when I was going to school downtown...the lady in the spot beside me didnt like me for whatever reason (I never met her until she began *****ing at me one day because I didnt live in the building but I was parking there, but I was renting the spot which belonged to a friend) anyways she would park right on the line...so I would reverse in ...that meant I had to get out on the wall side.

If anything happened to the car, I knew it was her as we were the only two cars that could park in that little alotted spot, and those were the assigned spots.

I'm a small guy 5'6 120lbs...so I could squeeze into tight spots, but by myself hugging the line like she was...no one could get in or out of her car on that side...so I know I wouldnt get door dents or anything like that...the worse that could happen is she either A) keys it (then I key her, not her car...physically her) or B) she hits me cause she doesnt know how to drive (and I see the damage and call police if she doesn't owe up...)

needless to say I stopped having problems, except whenever I saw her I got an earful...w.e. I'm a nice guy, I gave her plenty of chances...hell the first time I ever saw her I smiled and said hello, and I got blasted about parking in that spot...like I didnt even know the lady...w.e....

You can reverse in adn stick you *** towards the wall a little so it angles your door out...that'll give you room to open it, and room if people just swing there doors open...just gotta watch the retard doesn't clip you when he tried to make too sharp of a turn...if your in your lines you should be fine though...

I live in the upstairs apartment. I can't afford to move out right now. Plus, I already signed another year lease. The manager was nice to us because she knows my wife is sick so she lowered my rent by $20, if that is I sign another 1 year lease with her.

I don't want to start anything with this guy because like what you guys said he might take it out on my car behind my back. That means I won't have any proof at all that he did it.

Plus he looks kinda grumpy, maybe because he's in pain or something.

There's a 00 Camaro V6 (heavily modified too. I've been telling him to join this board) and his alarm keeps going off every night. We have assign parking here and this guy lives on the far side of the complex so he doesn't hear it too well. Well one day someone keyed his sides, flattened his tires and kicked his front grill in. He was piss. I haven't seen his pewter Camaro lately since this incident.

I don't want that to happen to me. I'll just mind my own business. I plan on parking my bird at my parents' and park my old truck in its place. I'll just park it really close to his Camry. Hopefully he'll get the message and move to the very center of his parking space.

You cannot have nice things or live the way you want when you have neighbors jammed up on you.

Move to the country, where you can have some space and shoot guns; Neighbors will give you a world of respect compared to the city.

that really sucks my friend....sorry that youre in this predicament. i would at least let him know your place smells like pot from him and you would appreciate him just stepping outside or whatever. tell him your wife has issues breathing or something...maybe he will understand that

back into your parking space. Then it won't matter that he is close to you on the one side. You still have plenty of room on the other side then. Just hug the line when backing in on his side of your spot

Thor, honestly just talk to the guy...dont be rude about it or anything, just a formal conversation and ask him nicely about the two things...he could be a really understanding guy...or maybe don't even talk to him about the two things yet...see if you can see him one day and just strike up a convo...if you get off on the right foot he may not mind at all...you guys are all assuming this guy is an *******...a small talk wont hurt anything...

X2 just talk to him and if he doesn't respect you just tell him what you did to the last guy who lived there who pissed you off. J/K LOL But I would talk to him first I'm ususally grumpy from beck pain but after my meds I'm happy , so maybe wait until he finishes a joint , then talk to him, then if that diesn't work , talk to the manager. Good luck , maybe he doesn't have it legally so if you confront him he might stop if the manager is involved and police.

You make me feel lucky, I only have to deal with dog poop. But management is insisting that we report anyone not picking up their poo. As far as parking here, there's actually a few nice cars. A challenger, some other little sporty chic car.. and respectful neighbors. Hell, I'm probably the bad neighbor that has the loud parties on the weekends. No one has ever said anything once, and if anyone ever requested a volume reduction I'd happily comply. Except for the people above us. F them. They wear cement shoes and practice for the summer olympics all day.
