the people across the street from me always listen to their rap loud as hell, and not just on the weekends where it wouldn't bother me so much, but like on a Wednesday at 11:30 when im trying to sleep. ive always wanted to call the cops but i dont wanna be a ****. im sure there are things that i do to annoy the neighbors.

thor you could hire a hitman to murder your new neighbor if it comes to that.

Explain to him that your wife is sick and that the smoke is making it worse. If he is sick too, maybe he will be understanding and smoke outside.

sucks that you have neighbors that are rude. im in the same boat. i live on the bottom floor of my building. honestly i have never had such rude people above me! its a friggin stampede every day. as far as the parking is concerned, knock on wood so far i guess. lastly the pot is an issue here to. the grounds guy lives behind us and walks through the halls when he smells it and yells to put it out. haha its actually very funny. i suspect its the guy accross the hall from me but who knows! i count the days until my lease is up. 8 more months of hell left. woohoo!

Sucks doesn't it when You have to live in an apartment with neighbors like that. I wasn't going to sign my lease this year because I was going to rent a house for about the same price. The problem with this house was that it's old and in middle of horse country where dirt is all over the place. Every cars I've seen there are muddy and dirty. Plus, there's no garage and I have to park all my cars on dirt.

I don't have a whole lot of money, plus the manager reduced my lease by $20 so I went ahead and sign up for another year. I hope next year things would be better and I can find a house to lease in a decent place.
