I just purchased a 2002 Camaro. Its my first time driving manual and I am really liking it! The car is mint, 88,000 miles, no problems, impeccable records, and a really solid car.
This is m first time owning a car that doesn't have rust! I previously drove a 1986 Trans Am everywhere, this car handles better, rides smoother, has more power! Its definitely a wonderful upgrade.
OP looks good and welcome, Venom why can't you stop touching yourself and posting about other members? Seriously, let it go man, I know I'm a single man now but let it go. LOL.
The older cars were heavier and their stock HP #'s sucked, when I got mine in 96' I ran my brothers 91' RS 305 in it , he was beat to 60 mph ,thats all he would go up to 60 mph, both 5 speeds.

If I remember correctly that regular 86 TA with 5.0 (LG4) is rated 155hp, 5.0 H.O. (L69) is rated 190hp, and 5.0 (LB9) is at 205hp. But they were torque monsters back then rather than hp monster. They weigh about the same as ours.
Welcome aboard. Nice Camaro. Do you also have pics of your old TA?
Welcome to the board man, nice lookin maro. Any big plans?
I don't have too many plans because this is my commuter car, I just switched the coolant to the green stuff, I am getting Sub Frame Connectors welded in on Wednesday and a strut tower brace will be here in the begging of April because its on back-order. When I get some more money I want some C5 corvette wheels for the summer time.
I am not going to do any engine mods because I just want to keep it a good daily driver.
Hey guys. For starters I’ve always been a big car guy, I love all types of cars and can appreciate all types of engineering. I’ve always been a Chevy...
