Operation Repo. On truTV. I hate it. Ever since I've seen it, I've hated it. I'm always thinking to myself.. this is the biggest load of bull**** bad actors I've ever seen. Butttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt finally, I actually saw the beginning with a little disclaimer. "Events portrayed in this show are based on actual stories" Uh or something like that. No fuggin wonder. And all along I thought they were trying to pass this crap off as live footage. Yeah.. they're trying to pass it off as live footage but they're hoping no one reads the beginning. I'm pretty sure their target demographic can't read anyways.
hahahah i second your opinion on hating that show. I've always thought the repos were fake. thanks for finally proving i'm not alone in my hate conquest of operation repo.
I remember when the skinny younger guy tried to repo this guys acura completely wasted. The owner came running out yelling and got in the guys face and then when he got close he was "man...are you drunk?" the expression on his face was priceless. The repoer ended up getting a DUI and the rollback toed! that was great.
I never seen it, by the sounds of it I'm not missing anything.

I watch the show, But yea, it's so fake.. I sit there laughing at some of the stupid crap..
Worst acting to date, the guy that was "drinking" on the job while they tried to repo the VW Beetle...
And, when they put that minivan on the back of a tow truck and "FORGOT" to strap it down and it rolled off the back.
I cant believe they aired that fake sh!t
i remember those episodes --- totally staged. i was sitting there thinking, there's no way you can yank a van up on the flatbed then leave it there to roll off freely without being strapped.
every once in a while u can catch them laughing while they're trying to pretend it's real --- that's priceless. there was an episode where a guy just ran up in a giant chicken suit and started pecking and flapping at the meathead, even he laughed while he was trying to be all tough --- it was hilarious
Wasn't there a real show at some point about repos? The real deal just wasn't exciting since I'm pretty sure most people don't sit and watch their cars all day.
However, I might give this show another try knowing for sure that it's fake. I was really stuck on "Why the hell is this on truTV?" I dunno.. I'm gonna have a build a tolerance first. Bad.. bad, bad actors. I thought pepper spray hurt more than that and longer than 2 minutes too. Super huge ugly bad acting *****es. Eh.
A friend of mine owns a repo company, and a few years back I helped him about 3 days a week.
I would never, EVER, want that job... Lots of shiiitty situations, tons of shady people, so many excuses, and of course, the last repo I was on.... The gunshots
there was a real show and from time to time i see it on a&e. Forget the name but its a black guy "jam recovery" he just seems so much more professional
