Try to impress people.....catch on fire.

So I went to a local car meet I rarely go to for obvious reasons and tonight was pretty intense. A kid in a 280z with a small block chevy motor decides to do a burnout as he is leaving. He does his burn out and proceeds out to the main road. As we look back where he did a burn out and notice a huge puddle of oil that then trails out the way he exited the parking lot. He gets about 100ft on the main road and his car ignites into flames. The kid takes off his shirt and continues to beat the fire up thinking that will put out the blaze of flames while everyone yells to get the **** away from the car. A by stander brings the kid a bucket of water that puts 95% of the flame out but the damage has been done. Take a look..........

hahaha that was amazing. poor guy, that sucks. also, best comment "all the civics with the fire extinguishers left". all the ricer guys here have em, maybe i should get one in case this happens.

Wow, that sucks. I have a buddy with a flat black 280Z that caught fire shortly after he finished his turbo swap. One of the stainless oil lines shifted after he blew off his charge pipe showing off in front of the house and contacted the battery terminal, causing it to erupt in flames. Fortunately he and his roommates keep a fire extinguisher nearby at most times and was able to put it out before any damage was done. Unfortunate that the kid at the meet didn't think to keep an extinguisher handy.

so all of us with fire extinguishers in our cars are ricers? Or did I read that wrong? I like the peace of mind knowing if I or someone near me needs one I have one ready

I carry mine every time I do something new to the car. Currently have it loaded up and in the nook right there with the passenger seat.

hahaha...I was wiring up a bunch of things in the car today and some things were shorting out...one of my switches started smoking...all I could think about was this video as I scrambled to pop all the wires back off...
