Harry Doolittle's V6 fbody on Pass Time

So, I'm sitting here watching Speed Channel's Pass Time show.

They are at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and the first car of the show is a 2002 f body with L36 written on the hood and I notice Harry Doolittle's name on it.. I think he runs in the Stock Eliminator class..... and he runs very low 12's N/A = I think his best run is a 12.0 N/A

This is the third v6 f body to make the show that I know of. One was N/A and slow.... one was a nitroused v6 f body and was pittifully slow.... and then Harry's car.

He clicked off a 12.3 at 107 NA

I thought it was really cool to see his car on the show - I miss my v6.

I just wanted to post this up cause it is always cool to see our v6's doing well.

Last I heard Doolittle was up to 11.7 pass on his NA bird. I heard that he's gone to racing v8's now.

I remember him bashing you James when Pontiac Mag. did an article on you. He said you weren't the fastest V6 around, he was.

Did you ever call him out?

I remember the v6 bird they had on there. It had strobes and a spoiler attached to the hatch. Was sooo corny.

I bet its all in the cam...LNorton ran 12.3 cam only...I would love to run the same cam he has to, but on the street lol...don't feel like replacing my valves every 500 km's though...unless I could find something strong enough to hold up the abuse.

Dayyyum, 11.7???

If I remember correctly, I reached out to the magazine and asked them to set up a race as at that time my car was faster. Nothing came of it.

But it was really cool to be called out in a magazine - I got a bunch of copies of that one :)
