Hey all -
I hail from NW MN. Name is Justin. I'm 26. Traded a chevy truck off for this '98 Camaro. It's got 109k on it. It's my first f-body. I've mostly owned w-cars up until this point.
A few issues with it, but seems to be mostly common stuffs from what I'm reading on the forums.
I know I'm missing something on the front end. I think the bumper must have been replaced at some point in it's life. Can't find the replacement GFX's online yet. Well, I have, they're just $$$$

Anyway, there's a lot of beautiful cars on this site! I look forward to blending in with the group.

I really blow at taking nice pictures BTW.

you said you have a few common issues --- what are they?

any current mods or plans on performance or styling? are you 5speed or auto?

Auto.

Issues, the headlights are about done for.
And I've got a 'low oil' light that comes on when it hasn't run for a half day or so. Fluid level is fine so I just need to change the sensor some time. Or start tracing some wiring.
The passenger seat is pretty loose and the drivers seat is not far behind. Couple bulbs are out in the cluster.
Otherwise I think that's about it.

No mods that I'm aware of. I'm not sure what I'll do to it. For now I want to get those 2 gfx pieces put on the front bumper so it doesn't look so lop-sided. I need to get it tinted too. I've always wanted to try retrofitting some projectors into my cars but never have, so since these headlights need to be replaced, I may give that a try.
I've owned a lot of Grand Prix's and they've all had HUDs in them. I miss having that so I'm going to tear around and see what it'd take to install one. I've got a couple extra units with some dash pads sitting around the garage.
Don't know what else I want to do with it. I'm sure the more I poke around here, the more ideas I'll get.

hell yeah come up to the elroco cruise night around 7 or so and look for the 17year old kid
