Im a firefighter, i work 24 hours on and have 48 hours off so on my free time i work on cars and help run a family rv park. Not a bad job for a 20 year old single guy.
Last couple of you guys are in the industry I would rather be in.. My 1st passion is aviation, fast cars is my 2nd. I get paid pretty decent for an entry-level job at a place that sells go-fast parts for all kinds of cars. Lane Automotive / Motorstate Distributing.

That is how I was. I always thought aviation was a pipe dream. I finally said **** it, dropped everything got my A&P, later my FCC license, and next thing I know I am working for Boeing. :)
I now work on a fleet of class 8 day cab tractor/trailers. Good stuff, enjoy being able to sit and hug a transmission, and I enjoy the work pace better than an independant shop. I'm happy with it for now. ;)

The 130 has been treating me very well. I finished up my initial qualification back in December and just arrived at my permanent duty station here in Cheyenne, WY. I'll probably be deploying some time this summer.
