Buyer Beware - ThePartsLadi is taking money, not delivering

Just wanted to let you all know, I just ordered some parts on eBay from what I thought was a trusted vendor. ThePartsLadi, previously with an excellent feedback rating just tanked. Taking peoples orders, but then not delivering. Called number listed, guys said to register a dispute with paypal, they were "only a drop shipper."

Noticed that new vendor "ThePartsPros" seem to have nearly identical auction pages. Same drop vendor claims they now are selling parts directly. I don't understand enough about business to know what's on the up and up and what is just a card shuffle.


I recommend sticking to real people like Sam Strano at Stranoparts.com.

I've ordered from thepartsladi before and got my items almost right away.

It's been only a week, but that's not the problem. I wanted to verify that it shipped so I called the number listed on the auction. They told me that they are the drop shippers for "thepartsladi" and are not filling orders, apparently the company didn't pay their last invoice. They told me to dispute the charge with paypal and that I would get my money back. Lot of negative feedback recently and her ebay store is now empty. I've heard good things about thepartsladi before too. I thought she might be using multiple vendors, but when I called the number associated with paypal I got a realestate agency. I decided not to hesitate to place my dispute in. Thepartsladi should have at least sent notification of a new dropshipper or status on the order, but in this case I'm not alone. Apparently I placed my order just before the **** hit the fan.

Thing is, I should have ordered my shocks from Sam Strano (or some other real person) to begin with. Took less time than screwing around with ebay and his prices are excellent.

i have bought stuff from thepartsladi before, and it was a good experience.. i think something had to have happened, and this person isnt scamming people..

Sam is the man. I rather pay $20 more to buy from him becasue of the suspension help I get from him. He has helped me set my koni's and other various suspension mods up excellent.

Lot of negative feedback recently and her ebay store is now empty.

They seem to be going downhill fast! The first viewing page of their feedback has alot of red in it.

Perhaps there is no ill intent, but negligence at least. Looks like all thepartsladi activity has now stopped.
