And yes :S the guy almost died. what happened was he was going to fast.
I was turning left so i was YIELDING to on coming. well i saw him and he was a WAYS away. So i turned. But he was going TWICE the speed limit and HIT me right when i was half way through the intersection. so It was MY fault partially because i didnt weight for him to speed past me. BUT i didn't know he was speeding so How could i have made that judgement?

Yeah the WHOLE arm assembly and EVERYTHING on it pertaining to the wheel is broken, NOT one thing is fixable and His bike glanced off my wheel and into the body. PUSHING the door hinges 2 inches in. causing SEVERE body structure damage.

yeah i know right. WEll all of my movements for slow and predictable. I dont see how he couldnt have just went around me if he was going that fast. but i think he was day dreaming.
