            Looks pretty normal for Little Rock. 50% of the cars on the roads here are donked.

                obviously you guys aren't hip. donked out, defined by urban dictionary is:

                1. To drop out of an event/evening through stupidity or over indulgence.

                2. To fail generally at a task.
                so, using the correct meaning of the phrase, this dude really donked out trying to pimp out this camero (according to him).
