For anyone who is thinking about purchasing a part of ebay through cleveland pick-a-part beware. I already wrote a review on google maps. Here's what I said:

So I saw that they were selling not one but three different rear axles that I wanted for upgrading my firebird. Instead of doing the transfer through ebay, I decided to drive 3 hours there and 3 hours back to pick up the part myself, so I could see it before I bought it. On the ebay site, it says that they inspect all their parts previous to posting on ebay. I called on a friday to make sure the rearends had been inspected . The guy said yes. I told him I'd be there monday and that it would take me over 3 hours to get there to pick it up. He said the rear axle was ready to go. However, when I arrived monday, they said I had to wait about 2 hours so they could pull and inspect the part. I was already mad that I had been lied to and drove 3 hours to get there. Then, they came back telling me that none of the parts passed inspection and that I was sol for having driven 3 hours and waited almost 2 hours and had a 3 hour drive back. I couldn't believe they are actually posting these "bad" parts on ebay. They were very rude and the ladies answering the phones while I was waiting there were extremely rude to the costomers. One very old man came in to pick up a part that they told him over the phone was in good condition, and when he got there, they had told him that it was actually bent and warped. I felt so bad for the old man, which made me even angrier. Who knows how far he drove to find out he was lied to too. Don't deal with these guys and don't listen to their lies. Biggest waste of my day and gas money. Will never deal with these people again, even if they are the only ones in the world that has the part I need.

So yeah, like i said, beware.

Well... at least you drove there instead of paying for the part and shipping... if their service really is that bad, then I can't imagine what their return policy is...

You should write eBay a quick e-mail... leave out the old guy part bc that's really none of their concern, just tell them your experience bc if they're listing these parts as inspected without inspecting them, then it's a violation of eBay policy

I agree with T. Also this is a good reminder of the importance of seeing a used car part in person before (or instead of) buying online.

they said the one was bent and the others were bad when they opened them up. I don't know why the didn't have that inspected before.

I bought from them before about 5 times or more , I got my 00' SS steering column from them and BCM, keys , but they forgot a piece on the column that connects by the blinker I think it was a plastic piece , I sent them a picture of what it was suppose to be and look like and they overnighted it, which was nice of them. I went through ebay so they were going to get a bad review and a paypal dispute if they didn't send it. But they did and thats the only problem I have ever had with them. I couldn't beat the price either like $90 shipped.
