haha, i just re read this whole thread again. last time i read it i was full of pain killers and in a daze from them. this thread is headed for the hall of fame.

to the OP: that is not worthy or a vent thread....


to unique: you rescued are car from its death bed, and you have put a lot of work into it. thats awesome!

however, an old camaro with a rattle can paint job with baby blue stripes isnt likely to make anyone jealous or be capable of any real show potential. i realize you making do with what you have but be realistic about what you car is. i seriously doubt its the best looking car at the school to 99% of people, so if your go around talking smack to people about it and bragging, they will take it out on your car. that doesnt make it right, its just the truth. enjoy the car, appreciate it for what it is.... an old camaro thats fun to dive, but has little monetary value...

and please please find another accent color.... might i suggest red.... and ditch the neons...

I wave to other nice camaros I see out on the road and most of em wave back. The older guys do. The younger punk kids in maros apparently think they're too good and I only get a stare.
I'm only 25, I love my car but I also love another well kept fbody. I laugh at other people who zoom around like they're in The Fast and Furious with these obviously slow 4 bangers but I don't walk to my car after work with pride thinking that I'm getting into the best car in the lot. I look forward to the drive because it is fun but I just don't judge my car from another (except horrible rice) since really, they're all for a ton of different uses. Economy, comfort, reliability, cargo space, etc.. Affordability? Whatever. I think I've made my point.

Too bad you posted your shake down run of 12.1, I think it was,LOL But after I get mine done with my Intense CNC'd stage 3 heads and add the turbo setup, I'll give ya a try. Aslong as you don't add anymore mods.LOL

Shhhh... You're ruining my hustle. I don't need to add anything. The nitrous kit has been on the car the whole time. :) I've just been waiting to pull the trigger til I had everything sorted out. Should have some nitrous times next week.
